In 2020, an independent gap analysis identified 12 of 34 assessed requirements as not implemented in Red Insight’s own system. We chose not to pursue certification immediately and spent two years strengthening the system.
In 2022, Red Insight achieved certification across ISO 45001, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
In 2025, we completed recertification after addressing six minor nonconformities, with no major nonconformities identified.
We are not advising clients about a process we have only read about. We maintain and improve a certified system ourselves.
