Things have been flat out at Red Insight, and while we missed posting on International Women’s Day, we didn’t want to miss the chance to celebrate one of the most incredible women we know—Monica.

As Director of Red Insight, Monica has built more than just a business—she’s built a community focused on safety, integrity, and genuine care for people. Her leadership is a balance of strength and heart, ensuring that every workplace we touch is not just compliant, but truly safer for everyone.

She’s a trailblazer, mentor, and problem-solver, bringing a level of dedication that sets Red Insight apart. And beyond all that? She’s an identical twin, sharing an unbreakable bond with our Business Development Manager.
